- Played Pivotal role in acquiring 300+ acres of Agricultural land and getting its Mutation and conversion done to ensure usage of land for the purpose it was acquired for.
- Dealing with various Govt. Dept. to Panchayat to Zilla offices.
- Thru smart negotiations, have kept the possession of 200+ Acres of land intact without doing a boundary wall for 15+ years.
- Experienced in handling and negotiating cases pending with consumer courts, to Dist. Court to High Court all of them for various reasons.
- Have managed various settlements with Tax authorities and dealt with various tax departments and tax consultants.
- Provided After Sales Support to our clients, addressing their concerns, giving them clarity around the project status, or even help them exit if they wish so.
- Actively worked on various business case establishing RoI to bring in Investors and/or developers to drive our projects.
